Saturday Sessions

Community wellbeing on weekend to support people getting active and starting their wellbeing journey

Hybrid events in 2022 to bring community together online or in-person to achieve teaching participants about wellbeing services that are out there.

The sessions to build
- Confidence to move their bodies
- Coming to sessions regularly and meet new people
- Challenge their minds find new ways to relax, push your endurance and find new activities.

These session taught participants to harness their own power.

The sessions provide a chance to try HIIT, Dancefit, Boxfit, Strength, Meditation and Yoga inspired movement. All sessions giving adaptations for chair and various needs as well using art to give participants a chance to try other ways to look after their wellbeing.

At sessions we provide healthy snacks and goodie bag with some wellbeing products to try at home, example of products are journal to learn about breathing exercises.

The sessions give participants an opportunity to socialise and ask questions to coach Kanndiss about training, sessions, referrals and healthcare.
