Jam Janaury Welcome to NBE FITNESS first and foremost We are hosting our first solo event of 2022  Thank you for taking an interest in joining us our studio session in london. 

Doors open at  1 PM

Session will start by 1:10 PM 

Start with warm up and mindfullness breathing 

Dance and Steps class  

Then end with affirmation and accountability partnering each person will meet a new person to hopefully come back to NBE session in March to see how their doing and keeping to thier goal.

We are all about community so we will be streaming the Dance and Step Class online for anyone who would like to attend but can't make the in-person. 

Event end latest 2:30 PM  

In addition all ticket holders will get a gift from NBE FITNESS who said gifts had to end at christmas.  

YOUR WELLBEING IS OUR PRIORITY 

What to expect from the event:

• Please bring a bottle of water be prepared to sweat and giggle & jiggle
• We will be taking pictures if you do not want to be photographed or want to see photographs after the event before used for marketing or social media/ website please email nbefitness@gmail.com
• Adaptable teaching its soul train but no one will get left behind
• For accessibility we are happy to provide BSL please email nbefitness@gmail.com 

What we're doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

• We provide sanitiser, antibacterial spray and paper towels
• Please do a latoral flow test before coming we will provide latoral flow tests on arrival

Air conditioning - and two 30' wall-mounted frames 

Flooring - Harlequin sprung flooring

The studios are accessible on the roundabout connecting Rothbury Rd and Wansbeck Rd. Look out for the 'Hackney Wick' signage.
