A fun session of movement for mix abilities, and medium intencity increments to work towards completing a routine.

9:30 AM Ideal time to arrive - Get changed, meet everyone, ask NBE questions

10:20 Welcome

10:30 PM Session will start 

• Warm up
• We move for 20 mins sun salutation movements to the waves and to the sun.
• We move for 20 mins to dance to, soca and ampiano music.

11:20 PM Will go into a cool down onto matts and relax 

11:30 PM Socialise & snacks

1:00 PM Goodbyes

What to expect from the event:

• Please bring a bottle of water it will be a hot day. 
• Be prepared to sweat and giggle & jiggle
• We will be taking pictures if you do not want to be photographed or want to see photographs after the event before used for marketing or social media/ website please email nbefitness@gmail.com
• Adaptable teaching its soul train but no one will get left behind
