Welcome to 30 minute session: Chairfit with NBE

Purpose of this class get the heart pumping and build up strength, medium intensity class and low impact class chair exercises.

We intend from the end of this class building up motor skills, working through aerobic curve and feeling energised

Session will incorporate cardio vasicular activities to funky disco music.

NBE will show Modifications / Adaptations: how to make movements harder and easier.

There will be opportunities to get drink so bring a refreshment with you, NO Equipment needed.
