About The Event

Welcome to 30 minute session: Dancefit with NBE

Purpose of this class get the learn new steps to try in your own time to keep active, enjoy your passion for dancing and build up stamina, medium intensity class and low impact class.

We intend from the end of this class building up motor skills, working through aerobic curve and feeling energised.

Session will incorporate cardio vasicular activities to Latin, Jazz, and Samba music.

NBE will show Modifications / Adaptations: how to make movements from chair and include turns and shakes.

There will be opportunities to get drink so bring a refreshment with you, email will be sent out in advanced if we will use equipment.
