NBE FITNESS CIC Launch Party

This is an invitation to commemorate the launch of NBE FITNESS CIC - Notorious Big Energy Fitness Community Interest Company in Margate, Kent, a platform for everyone that run inclusive wellbeing sessions for whole life looking after mind and body.

NBE FITNESS CIC Launch event will take place on 27th November at Turner Contemporary to bring our community together; there will be talks, a showreel of what has been & to come in 2022, and a reveal of giveaways/updates on our crowdfunding.

We’re offering British Sign Language interpreted (BSL) please let us know if you require this; there will be closed captions with Speech-to-Text transcribed (STT). Please email nbefitness@gmail.com with any requirements.

Please bring your friends, family, children, neighbours. If there are individuals or groups you think should be there, please invite or email us to invite. The more, the merrier!

EVENT INFORMATION:

Accessibility

• There is disable access to Turner Gallery
• Next to our room disabled and baby changing toilets.
• There will be seating within the room we are using.
• There are wheelchairs available. They will be cleaned before and after each use.  For access support please email us in advance of your visit: vem@turnercontemporary.org
• Around the TC are large text captions available on request. They will be cleaned before and after each use.

Refreshments

• There will be an break for refreshment that will be vegan and no nuts
• If you'd like food ahead or after the event outside the gallery is a range of place to get food. 

COVID-19

• Visitors are asked to wear a face covering in the gallery
• Enhanced cleaning is in place
• Sanitiser points are available throughout the gallery
• You will need to book to attend the event this is to help TC staff manage distancing
