POWER OF MOVEMENT 

Starting the Wonderful Women's History months with Notorious Big Energy (Kanndiss)  first and foremost it is an honour to have created such a caring and diverse community.

Community is Everything to NBE. We want everyone body to come in and move, feeling heard, safe and a sense of togetherness as it's so important for our overall well-being and can be so powerful in other areas of our lives.

This empowering session is guaranteed to get you warmed up, smiling and flued with good vibes! The choreography is designed for all abilities, sizes and ages, making it the perfect all-round activity.

We are powered by POW THANET 

Doors open at  3:50 PM 

Session will start by 4:05 PM 

Start with warm up 

Then go into the session dancing to salsa, samba and high tempo tunes.

Will go into  a cool down onto matts and relax

Everyone will get an opportunity to create designs on a bags and opportunity to  socialise.

Before you go, everyone gets a gift. (Oprah winfery voice)

What to expect from the event:

• Please bring a bottle of water be prepared to sweat and giggle & jiggle
• We will provide a bottle of water and gluten free/vegan snack
• We will be taking pictures if you do not want to be photographed or want to see photographs after the event before used for marketing or social media/ website please email nbefitness@gmail.com
• Adaptable teaching its soul train but no one will get left behind
• For accessibility we are happy to provide BSL please email nbefitness@gmail.com 

What we're doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

• We provide sanitiser, antibacterial spray and paper towels
• Please do a latoral flow test before coming we will provide latoral flow tests on arrival and tempreture checks.

• 10 minute walk from Ramsgate train station and a 2 minute walk from loop bus stop at ramsgate sea front.
