📆Theme: Trek n Paddle Boarding in Tunbridge

Pre-walk instructions will be sent by NBE (nbefitness@gmail.com )

We will provide transport to Tonbridge, where the paddle-boarding session will occur.

After the paddle boarding, we will trek to an eating spot

Join us to enjoy the fresh air, take a break, enjoy yourself, and feel better after 2 hrs of some high-quality time.

We will provide warm refreshments that are non-dairy, vegan, gluten-free, and warm.

🐕‍🦺 Support dogs and well-behaved dogs (and their owners) are welcome (please notify the host if participants may be afraid of dogs in advance).

☕ Food and drink can be bought from the cafe in the leisure centre.
