A fun session of learning about forgaing and meditation by the sea.

12:30 AM Ideal time to arrive - Get changed, meet everyone, ask NBE questions

1:00 PM Session

During the trek, there will be people with high vis vests on to ask questions.

At the halfway point, you can turn back with people if you wish.

We will trek for an hr to Botany Bay, then return to Olby's Soul Cafe for Christmas Dinner, please when you book share your dietry requirements..

2:00 PM Socialise

We will share dates for 2023 treks in Kent and London, come along and get all the details first.

5:00 PM Goodbyes

What to expect from the event:

• Please bring a bottle of water
