Trek n Talk - Tree Planting

Come and join us to explore the underrated kent coastal town.

Our adventure will be focused mainly around birchington we will trek along the sea font.

We will also get the opportunity to see sea life.

We will meet at Westgate on sea train station

ITENARY

10:30 AM Ideal time to arrive at Westgate-on-Sea train station

Get changed, meet everyone, ask NBE questions

There will be signage to show you where we are, or look for the person of female presentation, afro heritage, 5ft and wearing head to toe in orange.

10:50 Welcome from NBE

11:00 PM Session

The session will start we will set off for the Trek to Birchington Sea front.

We will trek for an hr to westgate sea front, then return to The Cow Shed for tea/ coffee and warm snacks.

The Cow Shed 3 The Square, Birchington CT7 9AE​

At the halfway point, you are able to turn back or need to access the toilet. You can turn back with one of our team in a high vis vest who will take you back to The Cow Shed.

1:00 PM Socialise

We will Trek for an hr then return to The Cow Shed rop for refreshments; please RSVP for this event so we can get in contact with you ahead of the session to check dietary requirements.

2:00 PM Goodbyes

What to expect from the event:

• Adaptable teaching 
• Please bring a bottle of water
• Venue with disabled access & toilet fascilities
• There will be signage to show you where we are.
• During the walk there will be people with high vis vests on to ask questions.
• At the half way point you are able to turn back with people if you wish.
• We will be taking pictures if you do not want to be photographed or want to see photographs after the event before used for marketing or social media/ website please email nbefitness@gmail.com

• We provide gluten free /no nut snacks, sanitiser, antibacterial spray and paper towels

• Cycle: Cycling makes for an environmentally friendly and pleasant way to arrive at the centre, there are cycle racks at the train station.
